New Bingo TV Commercials Conjures Up Beach Boys Fun

February 11, 2010  /  admin  /   Comments Off

In their efforts to bring more players into the fold, bingo parlors and sites are often seen using different imagery and music to evoke positive emotions and express their message. Ladbrokes, one of the UK’s largest bingo offering companies, have begun a new campaign to liven up their image and lower the deposit players need to get started from £10 to a mere £5 which then entitles them a handsome bonus that will let them begin playing right away. The TV commercial uses the song Fun Fun Fun, first put to wax by the Beach Boys in 1964. The bingo balls featured in the commercial are designed to resemble beach balls and further strengthen the imagery. Further imagery shows various players having a great time while rolling about the city in giant bingo balls. Experts believe that as the bingo halls and websites grow more savvy in their marketing, the commercials for not just Ladbrokes, but other mega scale gaming companies will come to increasingly resemble those of major corporations such as Coca Cola and McDonald’s.

Since bingo in the UK is a growing industry that is well into the billions of pounds each year, the investment in high class and attention grabbing adverts is expected to increase. Further pop songs are definitely to be forthcoming as the companies attempt to further ingrain themselves into the culture, particularly aiming to capture the adoration of the young female crowd that are the strongest patrons of bingo sites and establishments. As campaigns go on, players numbers are sure to increase and analysts predict much larger jackpots in the future.
